The work of collective awakening operates at a higher level of evolution.
It is necessary that the individuals participating, are willing to operate within a similar range of spiritual and emotional maturity. To work powerfully with a collective field people cannot be at completely different levels of readiness and capacity.
In David Hawkins work (POWER VS. FORCE and TRANSCENDING THE LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS), kinesiology is used to test levels of consciousness from 0 – 1000.
Human beings have a set point of consciousness. It is the fundamental emotional, psychological and spiritual base that we live from. It can move up or down to some degree, depending on the impact of life and events – but fundamentally we have a resident state. True growth moves this set point to higher and higher levels.
Shame/Despair is measured at 0 – 20, Fear/Anxiety (a fairly common state for many people) 100. Full enlightenment measures between 700 – 1000.
At levels of consciousness lower than 200, the ego dominates life.
Courage (200) and Willingness (300+) are the states of consciousness that allow us to affect life in a wholly positive way. In human consciousness the transition to 200 and above reflect an increase of spiritual energy and transformation. Below 200 is a place for healing – but the truth is, when we function from under 200 we are self-centered, selfish and dominated with our own self-concern, which is draining and depletes energy for ourselves and the people around us.
Participants in the evolutionary collective focus on the qualities needed to be available for a new level of development. No one is perfect in any of this but there is a serious commitment to be OPEN, WILLING, COURAGEOUS, COMMITTED, GENEROUS & GENERATIVE.
People who generally function under 200 do not tell the truth. They will say and do what will help them to either get some advantage or support their self-image. Until people value what is real, true and authentic they cannot be truly intimate and create with integrity.
In the evolutionary collective certain meta-systems give us perspective and a common understanding from which to begin.
The “WE space” – the inter-subjective field is our primary focus. There are principles, practices and capacities necessary for an INTERSUBJECTIVE AWAKENING (meaning consciousness states that open up together simultaneously). It’s too much to go into all of it here – but one of the capacities has to do with mutual influence – recognition of influence and how to open and impact each other on deeper and more subtle levels.
Extraordinary & exciting capacities are needed to share boundless states of consciousness together – beyond the normal and ordinary ways we usually connect. Psychic capacities, deep levels of empathy, attunement and love are all innate human gifts but only if we develop them.
